Meet our Team
Ada Demesme
Founder
Before the creation of JMI Action Compassion, Ada founded Jesus Ministries International in 2002, with its headquarters located in Saint-Augustine, Florida. She was born and raised in El Barrio, also known as Spanish Harlem, in the New York metropolis, and she enlisted in the American army when she was 17 years old. She is a retired veteran of the Army and Air Force of the United States. Invoked on a global scale, she is now a "full-time warrior"; she fights to spread love and compassion on Earth, wherever she goes, by preparing people to fight in all aspects of their existence.
Catherine Huard
Co-founder & President
Graduated as an administrative assistant from Maisonneuve College in 2003. Holder of a diploma in financial security consulting, graduated in 2012, she worked in this sector until 2018. Subsequently, she became a missionary within Jesus Ministries International, having traveled 9 different countries since. In 2024, he founded the non-profit organization JMI ACTION COMPASSION in Canada, inspired by his mentor Ada. She has always been devoted to helping many people around her since her earliest childhood. It is a privilege to know her, she is devoted and above all passionate about supporting others, with a generous heart.
Linda Rousseau
Vice-President
After dedicating 35 years of her life to working in the secular sector, and now retired, she aspires to devote all her time to contributing to the improvement of the planet, starting with her own country. Linda, despite her palpable gentleness, carries within her a deep passion for helping her neighbor. Her niche consists not only in wanting to serve and love our elders, but also definitely the heart of a mother cherishing all humans in her path. Discreet but imbued with remarkable generosity, you will greatly benefit from being around her.
Pierre Williston
Administrator
He has been a speaker and intervention worker for more than 25 years. He has mainly worked in the community sector. He has also worked in the field of addiction, mental health and in an emergency center. He even had a mental health rehabilitation center. It is his approach imbued with humanity, compassion and spirituality that defines him best. He received a diploma in addiction from the University of Montreal, but he favors an accessible discourse, because his goal is often to remind individuals of their right to humanity and that their feeling of powerlessness can be transformed into their greatest strength. With his unique humor, he becomes an inspiring speaker who reminds people that inside them resides a force called the power of love in all its simplicity.
